Mark Sullivan qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then worked for 14 years in international investment banking in London and New York before coming to the Bar.

He is experienced in general commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, including partnership and construction disputes. He represents Local Authorities, large and small companies and private individuals in a range of contractual matters and has conducted cases in the Technology & Construction Court.

Recent cases have involved acting for:

• premiership footballer in dispute with former agent
• well-known entertainer in dispute over termination of performance agreement
• former partner in financial services business following dissolution of partnership
• franchisee in motor trade in connection with transfer of franchise
