Clinical negligence

Mark Lomas' principal area of practice is in personal injury claims (acting for both Claimants and Defendants) and clinical negligence claims (acting for Claimants). He has a related practice at inquests and in professional negligence actions arising out of personal injury and medical negligence claims and has acted in GMC disciplinary proceedings.

His clinical negligence experience covers medical, dental and other therapeutic providers and extends to claims against GPs (and practice employees), GDPs, and hospital staff to consultant level with values ranging from minor injury to catastrophic injury and fatality.
