Family

Louise is a specialist ancillary relief practitioner. She undertakes First Appointments, Financial Dispute Resolutions and Final Hearings, in the County Court, the Principal Registry and the High Court. She regularly deals with cases ranging from low to high value. She also has considerable experience in dealing with enforcement and variation proceedings.

With her complimentary chancery practice, Louise is particularly well placed to deal with cases involving Intervenors and other property aspects.

Louise also deals with cohabitees disputes, claims under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Louise is willing to undertake both publicly and privately funded work.

Louise is a member of the Family Law Bar Association. She is also a qualified mediation advocate.
