Louise undertakes a broad range of civil work, including breach of contract, misrepresentation, sale of goods and supply of services and professional negligence and insolvency. She provides both advisory and advocacy services in a range of fields. She is experienced in dealing with claims on all levels of track.

Louise is regularly instructed in matters concerning insolvency (personal and corporate) and enforcement actions. She accepts instructions from companies of all sizes, as well as natural persons.

A selection of recent cases in which Louise has been involved include representing a high-profile defendant, misrepresentation and breach of contract claims against a holiday company, provision of defective building services and an action against a guarantor.
