Representing both Claimants and Respondents in multi-day hearings concerning allegations of:

• Whistleblowing
• Discrimination (including direct and indirect sex, race, disability, age)
• Breach of contract
• Unfair dismissal and constructive unfair dismissal

Cases of note:

(1) Successfully represented client in whistleblowing case on the meaning of a protective disclosure.
(2) Successfully represented Respondent in unfair dismissal case where employee status was asserted on basis of illegality where Claimant had not paid tax for a number of years.
