Katherine has a busy PI law practice representing claimants and defendants in cases on the fast track and multi track across the full range of PI work, including:

• Road traffic accidents, including claims involving motorcycles and passengers on public transport vehicles
• Accidents at work
• Occupiers’ liability
• Highways claims
• Claims involving the MIB
• Low velocity impact cases
• Holiday claims.

She is willing to act on a conditional fee basis in appropriate cases.

Her recent cases have involved:

• An agricultural worker scarred by burning in a workplace accident
• A semi-professional footballer whose career was disrupted by injury
• A member of a male voice choir afflicted by severe tinnitus following a road traffic accident
• A holiday-maker falling in a swimming pool abroad
• A bride injured in a road traffic accident claiming damages for loss of enjoyment of her wedding and honeymoon.

She has also attended coroners’ inquests on behalf of interested parties.
