Iain Ross is a leading junior specialising in high profile criminal cases. He also practises in the areas of Landlord and Tenant and Judicial Review. He has been appointed as an advocate on the Attorney General’s list (Western Circuit) grade A and is also a grade 3 CPS Prosecutor.
He is experienced in prosecuting for HM Customs & Excise, Department of Health and the Department of Work and Pensions. He defends in many sexual offences, drugs and violence cases. His specialisms include the following:
