Property & Chancery

Gemma appears in the High Court, Companies Court, and county courts, as well as drafting statements of case and giving written advice. She has experience in the following areas:

• Landlord and tenant: residential and commercial disputes, possession hearings, rent arrears, service charges, disrepair/dilapidation claims.
• Land: nuisance, trespass, easements, related Protection from Harassment Act claims.
• TOLATA: claims against cohabitants.
• Insolvency (personal and corporate): applications to set aside statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions, acting for trustee in bankruptcy seeking cessation of the relevant period, applications to revoke IVA.

Gemma is also willing to receive instructions relating to Inheritance Act claims.
