Property & Chancery

Gavin is the head of the Property & Chancery Group at 3PB. His property work covers most aspects of the law of real property, including:
 

• Conveyancing
• Land registration
• Adverse possession
• Mortgages
• Co-owners’ disputes
• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundaries, easements and restrictive covenants
• Rights of way
• Party wall disputes
   

Chancery work covers principally:

• Wills and probate
• Inheritance Act claims
• Partnership disputes
• Trusts

As well as appearing in County Courts and the High Court, Gavin also handles cases before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry.
