Family

Emma practises exclusively in children law with a particular interest in public law proceedings.
 
In care and adoptions matters, Emma appears for local authorities, parents and guardians. In the private law sphere, she acts in all cases giving practical but robust advice to resolve often emotive and potentially protracted family disputes.
 
Emma studied Russian and Spanish at Bristol University before converting to Law, completed pupillage at 3PB and practised from Oxford until 2005 when she took a career break.  She returned to practice in December 2010.
