Employment

Ebony represents respondents and claimants in the full spectrum of tribunal hearings and is frequently instructed to advise. She has extensive experience of unfair dismissal, redundancy, breach of contract, TUPE and all forms of discrimination claims, regularly undertaking multi-day hearings.

Examples of recent work:

• Representing the respondent company in a complex sex and pregnancy discrimination claim involving senior management.
• Representing the respondent charity in a race discrimination and breach of contract claim.
• Working on a race discrimination claim involving detailed statistical evidence.
• Representing the claimant in a 3-day unfair dismissal claim.
