Craig has a broad-based commercial practice with an emphasis upon acting for claimants and defendants in the following areas:

• Sale of goods.
• Supply of goods and services.
• Banking law.
• Insolvency (personal and corporate).
• Consumer credit agreements.
• Costs.
• Commercial contracts.

He is regularly asked to advise upon, draft statements of case, and subsequently appear at Court in relation to claims involving all of the aforementioned areas. He has recently acted for a number of the major banks in the ongoing litigation relating to the lawfulness of charges applied to customer banking facilities.

He is a member of the Professional Negligence Bar Association.
