Education law Team

Charlotte advises and represents parents, children and local authorities on the full range of education issues, including school admissions, school exclusions,  discrimination, Special Educational Needs, employment in education, and employment in universities.
 
Charlotte has extensive experience of clerking Independent Appeal Panels, including complex exclusion appeals involving allegations of discrimination and/or issues relating to SEN provision.  She continues to accept instructions to clerk appeals of complexity appropriate to her Call.
 
Charlotte has also, together with other members of Chambers, delivered training on exclusion appeals to Panel members, LEA employees and LEA clerks.
