Commercial fraud
Barry Stancombe has been involved in many substantive fraud cases on behalf of defendants. These include mortgage frauds, green form frauds, revenue and VAT frauds (solicitor defendant), MTIC frauds, an election fraud (Councillor in the LB Hackney), cigarette and alcohol smuggling cases, and investment frauds (SFO prosecutions).
