Anarkali has experience with personal injury cases where liability is disputed and /or where quantum is not agreed.

She takes particular care to ensure that nervous clients are appropriately reassured before and (where possible) during the hearing.

Additionally, she has dealt with credit hire cases and interlocutory hearings for multi-track cases.

She acts for both claimants and defendant, will act under conditional fee agreements in appropriate cases and is happy to advise parties in writing on prospects and appropriate tactics to progress the case.

Anarkali is also a member of PIBA.
