Adam Hiddleston practises in criminal law for both prosecution and defence. He is an expert in Regulatory Crime.
He has been appointed to the Attorney General’s list of junior counsel.
Adam Hiddleston is regularly instructed by various agencies to prosecute including local authorities (e.g. in trading standards, other regulatory crime and breaches of planning law), the Police (especially in sexual offenders orders and confiscation), the Environment Agency, the HSE and the RCPO.
He also regularly receives instructions from defence solicitors in Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight. Recent instructions involved allegations of selling of counterfeit software, breaches of health and safety and firearms appeals.
He defends in Courts Martial, both in this country and abroad and appears on behalf of prisoners at parole and similar hearings.
