Administrative Court – Bristol – opening 5th November 2012

From 5th November 2012 an Administrative Court hearing centre will operate from the Bristol Civil Justice Centre. The aim of the Judiciary and the Courts service is thereby to allow greater access to justice, reduction in legal spend and a swift consideration of cases in our local circuit.

This is an exciting development. Here at 3PB we can offer experience and knowledge to advise on all areas of administrative law. Working as part of a team with solicitors, we pride ourselves in providing comprehensive legal expertise to our professional and lay clients, both nationally and locally here in Bristol. We can advise on and appear in judicial reviews of a broad range of decisions made by public bodies including Local Authorities, CPS, CAA, police, OFCOM, UKBA and many other regulators.
