No ID. No Sale

Oliver Powell and David Richards were invited to give a seminar to Hampshire Trading Standards Service. 

The seminar focused on: the Licensing Act 2003; the Fireworks (Amendment) Regulations 2004; the Toy (Safety) Regulations 2011; and general advice for case preparation. 

The seminar was well attended and demonstrates Hampshire County Council’s continued policy in respect of age restricted sales (“No ID. No sale”) and product safety.
