Graeme Sampson has been asked to sit on a committee looking into the rules and practice governing the giving of expert evidence in construction cases. The committee has been established by the Society of Construction law and is chaired by HHJ Frances Kirkham retired.

The committee is looking at all aspects of expert evidence, when it is to be allowed, how it should be given and what influences costs and proportionality should have under the rules.
