Mark Sullivan  provided an accredited lecture on  “Tripping and slipping accidents at work”  consisting of a review of the regulations under which such claims can be bought, highlighting the requirements of the various regulations which can apply and considering which is the most appropriate in any given circumstances. Also reviewing the practical considerations in bringing such claims and the evidential issues which they raise.
