In the Technology and Construction Court today His Honour Judge Havery QC gave judgment in HBG Construction v Ketton Architectural Stone and Masonry, a case of David Marshall's concerning the respective legal responsibility of the main contractor and sub-contractor for the collapse of a masonry cornice in an office building.
