Complaints Procedure

At 3PB, our aim is to give you a good service at all times. However, if you have a complaint about some aspect of the service that you have received, you should let us know as soon as possible. It is not necessary to involve solicitors in order to make your complaint. 3PB is fully committed to ensuring that all users of the complaints procedure are treated fairly, with respect and without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion or belief.

Please find attached Chambers Complaints Form.  Please fill these in and submit to complaints@3pb.co.uk.
